For 30 years, EASNIE has been driven by a vital mission: improving education for every learner. We believe that all learners, regardless of age, deserve high-quality educational opportunities in their local communities, learning alongside their friends and peers.

In this special 30^th anniversary video, we celebrate three decades of progress by looking to the voices of the future. You will hear directly from young people and stakeholders across our member countries about what inclusive education means to them and how they envision the years ahead. From evidence-based policy to collaborative research, our work continues to support systems where every learner feels valued, supported and able to thrive.

To mark its milestone anniversary, EASNIE has launched the Ten Pillars Shaping the Future of Inclusive Education. While our core principles of equity and participation remain central, these Ten Pillars provide the system-level actions needed to move from aspiration to real-world implementation. Grounded in work by the European Union institutions, UNESCO and the OECD, evidence from academic research, and EASNIE’s own activities, this framework is designed to guide education systems through the challenges and opportunities of the coming decades.
