Speakers’ biographies

Margarita Bilgeri

Margarita Bilgeri is Head of Activities at EASNIE and lecturer at the University of Vienna in the Department of Education. At EASNIE she is involved in various activities focusing on policy development and implementation in the area of inclusive education. Before working with EASNIE, she was Assistant Professor at the University of Vienna and later Visiting Professor at the University Koblenz-Landau. She holds a PhD and MA in Education and an MA in Global Studies. During her time working at the university, her teaching and research focused on inclusive education, poverty, intersectionality, the capability approach and children with disabilities in the majority world context. She has published at European and international levels.

Bodil Hafs?s

Bodil Hafs?s is policy director on inclusion at the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research. She holds a degree in political science and has worked in the Ministry since 2008. She has participated in numerous policy development processes, particularly within the field of inclusion, social equity and social mobility. She is also a member of EASNIE's Representative Board.
