Paulo Santiago
Paulo Santiago is Head of the Policy Advice and Implementation Division in the Directorate for Education and Skills at OECD. He has taken a leading role in providing evidence-based advice on education policy to OECD members and partner countries. This covers a range of education policy areas including teacher policy, tertiary education policy, equity in education, educational evaluation and assessment, use of resources in school education, and education funding.
Brendan Doody
Brendan Doody is a principal officer working in the Department of Education and Youth in Ireland. He is responsible for special education policy development. Immediately prior to taking up his current role, he was assistant chief inspector in the Department’s Inspectorate and was responsible for inclusion. He is Ireland’s Representative Board member for EASNIE.
